Azerbaijani localisation
Chart of accounts, VAT, tax ID, profit and simplified tax, withholding at source - built in, not bolted on later.
International systems do not know local accounting
International ERPs are powerful, but they do not know Azerbaijani account codes, the VAT deposit account or withholding at source. Each has to be set up for every customer separately - and that work usually stays unfinished.
Here localisation is not an afterthought but a module of its own: a six-digit chart of accounts, tax types, the invoice template and the language arrive in one package.
A template, not the law
The chart of accounts and the tax rates are a STARTING TEMPLATE. Tax law changes every year, and account codes can differ with a company's accounting policy.
So the first step after installation is to review the table together with your accountant. We do not hide this - the rates are not in code but in an editable table, and every line carries its effective date.

Core
The foundation every module stands on: targets, signals, the metric store and permission groups - with no industry baked in.
Finance and order book
Cash desk, advances, expense requests, budget, currency, period close and the order book - a treasurer's daily work in one section.
Customs and import (AZ)
Import declaration, corridor, commodity code, duty and VAT - closing the gap between goods arriving and the production plan.
Most often asked
What happens when the law changes?
The accountant adds a new line; the calculation for an earlier period keeps the earlier rate. There is no need to wait for a new release.
Can the chart of accounts be changed?
Yes, before it is applied. Once posted documents exist the chart is not changed - documents are bound to their accounts.
