Everyone sees only their own work
This is the most common reason an ERP fails: it is installed, everyone gets the same menu, and people hunt for their own work among dozens of sections they will never use. In ERPONA the menu is built per role - the storekeeper does not see financial reports, and the accountant does not see the stocktake screen.
The first six roles exist in every business. The last three come with an industry package - if your company has no such job, those screens are never installed.
Accountant
The Azerbaijani chart of accounts, VAT, month-end close and the report set. The role with the largest workload - which is why it has a page of its own.

The three roles below are not universal: they appear only when the matching industry package is installed. A shop network has no shop-floor supervisor, and a factory has no till screen.
Shop-floor supervisor
A tablet screen: batch, recipe, stage transition. The paper log disappears and the stage is visible in real time.
