Eleven capabilities without a subscription
Most of the capabilities below are sold on the market as a separate module, an extra licence or a higher tier. In ERPONA they are part of the base package - because each of them is a module we wrote ourselves.
We wrote what was missing - we did not buy it
This list is not a marketing decision, it is a build history. Every item grew out of a customer question: "how will we calculate payroll?", "where will the balance sheet come from?", "what will the shop floor see on a tablet?".
The answer was the same every time: that capability was either sold separately on the market, or it did not know the Azerbaijani rules. So we wrote our own module - and it stayed inside the package.
Eleven capabilities, eleven modules
Payroll
Income tax, social insurance, unemployment and medical insurance - at Azerbaijani rates. The timesheet and attendance feed the run directly.
Financial reports
Balance sheet, profit and loss, trial balance, general ledger, ageing and cash flow - with the Azerbaijani chart of accounts.
Laboratory and quality
Test plan, result, non-conformity and the link to the batch - quality control is a model of our own.
Shop floor
A tablet screen: batch, stage, downtime reason. The worker uses a finger, not a keyboard.
Claims and returns
A customer claim is a document: reason, amount, and the return and credit note close from one button.
Planning
The sales plan derives the production plan, and that derives the purchase plan. Three plans follow from each other rather than being copied by hand.
Documentation portal
A step-by-step guide for every screen - opened from inside the system, and readable before you buy.
AI assistant
You ask, and the answer comes from the system's own data. Nothing is invented: an answer that fails the check is not sent.
Approval chains
Discount authority, the director approval limit, the month-close lock - who approved what stays in the document.
Report builder
You build your own view, save it under a name and put it in the menu. A report opens no door - the query runs as you.
Document retention
Retention period and legal hold: the five-year requirement is the system's rule, not someone's memory.
What this costs us
Writing your own module has a price: they are our responsibility. If something is wrong, we are the ones who fix it; if a new law arrives, we are the ones who implement it.
That is why every module ships with tests and every release goes through an automated check. And what is missing we write down openly - that is exactly where this list gets its credibility.
