What ERPONA does not have
The answer that wastes most of a buyer's time is "yes, we do that too" - and it surfaces during implementation, where it becomes expensive. So we give the list up front.
These are not our business
Each of the areas below has good products of its own. Rather than reproduce them weakly, we do not do them at all.
Website builder and blog
A company website does not have to be built inside an ERP. The site is built with a separate tool; if a link to ERPONA is needed, a bridge that receives the form data is written.
Forum and e-learning
Community and online course platforms are separate products. For internal training there is the documentation portal and the procedures.
Social media marketing
Post scheduling and an ad account are not ERP work. The CRM does record the SOURCE of an enquiry - that is where a campaign's result becomes visible.
IP telephony (VOIP)
A call centre is a separate system. A call is logged in the CRM manually or through an integration; we do not build the network itself.
Field service and PLM
Routing field crews and the engineering management of a product's life cycle are each a speciality of their own, and neither is the target of our industry packages.
If you ask, let us talk
These are not a matter of principle - they simply have not come up in the queue. If a customer needs them, they go into the plan.
Online shop (e-commerce)
The shop chain package works with the till and stock; an online sales channel is not there yet. If there is demand, linking it to the stock balance is the first step.
Project and timesheet accounting
Needed by service and construction companies. Our ready packages are built on manufacturing and retail - for a project direction we talk separately.
Barcode terminal
Receipt and stock counting by barcode in the warehouse - the subject of the next inventory iteration.
Electronic signature
Signing a document inside the system does not exist. In Azerbaijan a legally valid signature is a separate state service and a question of integration.
