Financial reports
Eleven ready reports - from the trial balance to the audit trail, with Azerbaijani account codes and a variance check on each one.
A system without reports is useless at month end
What goes to the tax office and to management at month end is exactly these reports. Without them the accountant copies the figures into a spreadsheet again - and the whole point of the system is lost.
The reports work on account balances, not on tax tags. That is why the codes are familiar: 111100, 211100, 533100 - an auditor can read them.
The variance check
Every report carries its own control figure: when the balance sheet does not balance, or an ageing total differs from the account balance, the report shows it itself, in red.
In other words "the report ran" does not yet mean "the figure is right" - it is right when the variance is zero. From any figure you can drill down to the documents: the answer to a disputed amount is always at document level.

Related modules
Finance and order book
Cash desk, advances, expense requests, budget, currency, period close and the order book - a treasurer's daily work in one section.
E-invoice readiness
An invoice is checked before it is sent: a missing detail appears by name, while numbering and the queue sit in one list.
Fixed assets and depreciation
Depreciation schedule, automatic postings to the ledger and revaluation - two methods, one source.
Most often asked
Does it produce the official declaration form?
No. These are internal management reports. The line structure of an official declaration is not reproduced - the wrong form is a fine.
Can reports be exported?
Yes, as CSV. A reconciliation statement and an audit export are prepared separately.
