These terms cover the website. Use of the system itself is governed by a separate contract, which this page does not replace.

1. Information on the site
The site describes the product. The text, screenshots and module list here are not an offer - concrete terms are set out in a written quotation and in the contract.
The screenshots are taken from a demo database. The company names, amounts and document numbers in them are invented demonstration data and are not real customer data.
2. Calculators
The calculators are a calculation tool, not legal or accounting advice. The rates are a starter set and must be confirmed with an accountant: tax and insurance rates in Azerbaijan change, and concessionary regimes have end dates. Responsibility for decisions based on the results rests with the user.
3. Intellectual property
The ERPONA name and logo and the text and graphics on the site belong to the operator. They may not be used commercially without permission. When quoting, a link to the source is enough.
4. External links
The site may link to external sites. We are not responsible for their content.
5. Availability
The site is provided "as is". Uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed: maintenance and faults are possible.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page; earlier versions remain in the repository history.
